To All of Our Amazing Clients,
We hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and well. We would like to give you an update on the reopening of Pizazz.
We WILL be opening our Salon on June 2nd. The Department of Public Health and CDC determined that it is safe to reopen. They have recommended and outlined several additional safety guidelines that we will employ to maintain good health for our clients and staff.
New Salon protocols that protect you and our staff will be in place beginning June 2nd. Some of these changes will include:
- Clients and staff will be asked to wear face masks while in the Salon. If you forget your mask we will be happy to provide one for you.
- Clients are asked not to come in for their appointment if they are not feeling well or if they have been in contact with any known or suspected persons with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
- Upon arrival we ask that you wait in your car. Please text or call us to inform us of your arrival. After your operator sterilizes their area, they will greet you at your car and do a temperature check. You will then be asked to answer a brief questionnaire. (This procedure applies to our staff too). We will be keeping a daily log of all our guests and staff that will include your name and contact information in the event of a COVID-19 exposure. This information will be kept secure and confidential.
- Please try come to the Salon with as little as possible. This includes bags, etc.
- Due to limited occupancy allowance, please do not bring any extra friends or family to your appointment.
- ALL clients will be asked to immediately wash their hands for 20 seconds after entering the Salon. Hand sanitizer will always be available.
- Clients and staff are asked to maintain a 6-foot social distance whenever possible.
- To help with social distancing we will add additional chairs 6-feet apart on the outside of the Salon for waiting.
- We regret we are not allowed to offer our normal beverages and treats at this time.
- Unfortunately at this time we are unable to take walk-ins. Appointment will be necessary.
